1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of delivery on unused and unopened products.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Items must be returned to the designated return address we provide after approval.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used or opened items
  • Sale or clearance products
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior approval

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and order number
  • A brief reason for the return or refund request
  • Photos (if applicable, for damaged or defective items)

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping address and instructions.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@onehitters.co with photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same item (if available), or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged or defective, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, email us at info@onehitters.co for further assistance.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@onehitters.co to initiate the process.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance products
  • Used or opened accessories
