Thank you for shopping with One Hitters. We're proud to partner exclusively with The Dart Co to bring you high-quality, discreet smoking accessories shipped directly to your door. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we handle order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and returns.


1. Order Processing

Orders placed on onehitters.co are fulfilled by The Dart Co and shipped directly from their warehouse.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12 p.m. PST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to make changes or reroute packages.


2. Shipping Times and Rates

U.S. Orders:

  • Standard shipping usually arrives within 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

International Orders:
At this time, One Hitters ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.


4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier or weather
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If your order is damaged upon arrival, please email info@onehitters.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review and assist in arranging a replacement where applicable.


5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included.

To start a return:
Email info@onehitters.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.

6. Refunds

Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different color or product, please contact info@onehitters.co. We'll assist in processing your return and placing a new order.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. If your order has already been processed and shipped, please refer to the return instructions above once it arrives.
